1. How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling will be included with your order through Paypal. The cost is based on the number of cards you purchase using an estimate of USPS rates along with a handling fee.

2. Do I have to pay taxes?

Taxes are only included on purchases made in California and will not be included on out of state purchases.

3. What types of payment are accepted?

The only type of payment accepted at this time is through Paypal services. Paypal.com accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card.

4. Do you make customized cards?

Custom cards will be part of an offering of services in the near future. At this time the "Surprise Me" card allows clients to receive a partial customized card from the designer.

5. Do you make invitations?

At this time invitations are not part of the products sold through Plum Expressions. In the future as the business grows this could become part of the products sold to clients on request.

6. What are handmade cards?

Handmade cards are cards that are made strictly by hand. All of the cards made through Plum Expressions are created by hand and are unique. If multiple cards are bought of the same design the cards may look similar but are not an exact duplicate because they are made by hand. Please keep this in mind as well as the fact that these cards are made with care and in the hope that you will be equally satisfied and happy with your purchase.

7. What is your return policy?

At this time there are no returns accepted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us with any questions or concerns about your purchase.

8. What is your privacy policy?

As a client of Plum Expressions you are guaranteed the right to privacy. Your name, address, or payment information will not be disclosed to any other party. We may use certain information in order to contact you about your purchase only.

9. Can your designs be copied?

The designs created through Plum Expressions are copyrighted and are not to be copied under any terms.
